| How can I download ringtones and videos? |
For Etisalat Postpaid: Once you are subscribed to the service, you will receive a link to your personal mobile download page from where you can use 16 downloads credits for just 40 AED per month, (That's 2.5 AED per content item.) to pick and download the content items of your choice. Credits expire after 3 months.
For Etisalat Prepaid (WASEL): Once you are subscribed to the service, you will receive a link to your personal mobile download page from where you can use 12 downloads credits for just 30 AED to pick and download the content items of your choice. Credits expire after 3 months.

Once you are subscribed to the service, we will send you 3 messages per week only for 3 AED per message with a direct link to the content item which you can download directly on your mobile.

| Does the content expire? |
Once you download the content to your mobile/PC, there will not be any date for the items to expire. However, if you are subscribing from a mobile number from Etisalat, then the download credits will expire only after 3 months.

| How can I pay? Do I need a credit card? |
No need for a credit card to use our service, we will deduct a certain amount of credits from your mobile phone upon you confirm your subscription, this will be on subscription bases, meaning that a certain amount will be deducted every week until you stop the service.

Just simply click on the link to download the item directly to your mobile phone.

| Why can't I download when I click on the link? |
In order to be able to download an item you will need to have mobile internet (sometimes called WAP or GPRS) activated on your mobile.
